Overview

We helped with conversion of this site from one association management system (iMIS) to another (Personify).

Client

The New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) represents over 18,000 member attorneys, judges, lawmakers and other legal professionals.

Project

The NJSBA merged with another organization (NJICLE), combined two separate CRM databases and launched two entirely new websites with a single sign-on (SSO) for users of both systems. The database systems (iMIS and Personify) both resided on Microsoft SQL Server, and the web environment used Dot Net Nuke (DNN) as a foundational framework.

Our Role

From providing key strategies for combining the data assets of both organizations to the practical aspects of developing and deploying two new websites utilizing a single sign-on, we worked with the client to create and execute a project plan – from concept through to delivery and launch. Throughout the the project, we also provided .NET development and support, ASP legacy code support, MS SQL development, and a wide range of HTML, Javascript, JQuery, and IIS support and development. The end result was a seamless, and most importantly painless, launch for the client. Following go-live, we conducted a debriefing meeting, and continue to work to increase the user experience while providing greater utility and value for the client.
